INTERSECT
-The juncture of two buildings at
a corner create a public space
that responds to the urban street.
Semi-public fissures between
units link the urban street to the
protected garden.
-Walk-up entrances offer direct connections between units and public
spaces.
INTERMINGLE
-The dimensions and orientation
of different housing types reflect
the democratic tendencies of
modern life, yet within these two story
drawers rooms shift, materials
change and volumes intermingle.
-Modular units offer opportunity for people from all stages of life and
all lifestyles to live together in the city.
