This first image is my hue study. I chose to make the color changes resemble an abstract image that seems as though it could have originally been made digitally.
This is my saturation study in which I chose to have the plant be the focal point against a black and white background. I decided to desaturize the leaves but intensify the flowers themselves. By doing so I was attempting to create a hierarchy in which the colors become more vibrant from background for foreground.
For my final color study I decided to manipulate both color and hue. I attempted to depict the color of the leaves in the fall by changing the leaves from predominately green to a more orange tint. The red of the bricks from the building are more vibrant allowing the building to become more visible.
