BTP Mission
To bring together a diverse community of biomedical research and engineering students to foster translational science by
(i)supporting student scientific training
(ii) providing opportunities for 2 - 3 month industrial work experiences
(iii) promoting synergy among disciplines through student presentations, seminars and symposia
Since 2000, over 50 students have trained or are currently training in the BTP from home departments in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Physiology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Systems Engineering.
