Human Normal Tissue Microarray series CHTN2002N1: contains 66 human tissue types in 0.6 mm spot sizes in the main array (CHTN2002N1) and in larger spot sizes in the auxiliary arrays (for tissue targets difficult to capture with the smaller spot size).
Thus, each normal TMA series will arrive as a set of slides, one main TMA and one auxillary TMA.
In the CHTN2002N1 series, the main TMAs were manufactured as 4 replicate blocks. A specific auxiliary TMA is designed as a complement for each of the replicate mainTMA blocks. The tissue included in the auxiliary TMA is determined after histologic quality assurance assessment is carried out on the main TMA block.
