September 6	A paper (two page maximum length) on the topic “What is knowledge?”
September 20	A paper on the subject “How do I know a person is in pain?” Consider as you write whether the answer is different if you substitute for ‘a person’ either ‘my patient’ or ‘a patient’ or ‘my client’ or ‘a client’ (maximum length of two pages). Expect concept analysis paper guidelines.
October 11	Outline of concept paper (2 pages maximum). Expect critique guidelines and reviewer assignments.
November 1	A paper on the topic “How do I know my patient is ill?”
November 15	Three copies of the draft of your concept paper (see critique guidelines).
December 2	All drafts of concept papers returned to author.
December 6	Oral presentation of critiques. Concept papers due.
