I will post lecture notes after class; click on the date below to access the notes for that day. You will be asked for a login and password; that information will be given to you in lecture.

These notes are not a replacement for attending lecture. Lectures will contain material not included in your reading, and no notes will be provided for audio-visual materials presented in class.

We strongly recommend that you take your own notes.. If you choose not to do that, you should at the very least review these notes and add your own notations to them each week while the lectures are fresh in your memory.
