¹ In each sound sequence, a pair of high pitch tones and a pair of low pitch tones are presented alternately. The stimulus onset asynchorny (SOA) within each pair of two same pitch tones is called within SOA (SOA_w). The SOA between the second tone in one pair of two same pitch tones and the first tone in the other pair is called between pair SOA (SOA_b).
