The Keyman program, or Tavultesoft Keyboard Manager, comes with keyboard layouts for a number of different fonts and language settings, including IPA, Thai, Lao, and French. It also has an "Enhanced English" setting, which can be used with a standard Roman font to quickly and easily produce most of the accents and other characters (such as the cedilla) that are required for many European languages. Keyman is designed to work with Unicode, and can be used in word processing and a variety of other Windows applications. Finally, part of the Keyman program enables the user to design his or her own keyboard layout. Keyman comes with the SIL fonts package described above, and can also be downloaded directly (for free) from the SIL Keyman Page, or from the Tavultesoft Keyman page.
