Course Description

Public Health - Food Systems Planning and Policy

This course explores the policy and planning challenges in the design and development of healthy communities. We’ll examine the public health roots of planning along with the interplay of food policy, nutrition, and active living. Instructor: Joe Schilling and Kimberley Hodgson.
