EDHS 733-1: ETHICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF COUNSELING
FALL 2006

ETHICAL AND LEGAL CHALLENGES FACING PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS

Instructor comments about topic

The proper role of the Internet as a means of delivering counseling services will be on topic. How counselors can deal with an increasingly diverse population and how to balance demands for accountability with service obligations are other issues.

Learning plan

Many of the issues will be areas for discussion and debate both during the seminars and on the course discussion site.
