Issues in Counselor Education
Prerequisite: Instructor permission.
Deals with a variety of professional issues in counseling, guidance, and personnel
services. Topics are announced prior to registration and can be developed around
the interests of prospective students. Must be prearranged.
Instructional Method
EDHS 838 is a team-taught one credit course for doctoral students in the Counselor Education program. Each of the instructors will be responsible for one topic (unit) and will be part of the critique of the major course requirement, a proposal for a counselor education course. All Counselor Education faculty have agreed to advise the learners regarding their course designs.
Course coordinator appointments are encouraged and e-mail queries will normally receive responses within 24 hours.
