These pages were created for the Spring 1999 installment of John Setear's  class, International Law Before and After the Cold War, at the University of Virginia School of Law  and will be maintained as part of the evolving class materials by Professor Setear.

    The author of the project, Peter Sharp, has subsequently left Charlottesville for New York City in pursuit of the fabled, though lamentably necessary, paycheck.
