All meeting rooms will be equipped with a laptop/computer and a projector. If you have uploaded your talk beforehand, your file will be downloaded on-site for your presentation (though it is a good idea to bring a copy of your file as back-up). If you did not upload your talk, you need to bring your talk on a USB key and upload it to the laptop/computer before your session starts. Recommended file format includes: Powerpoint and PDF. Typically all meeting rooms will NOT have an overhead projector. If you plan to present your talk on transparancies, please inform us first so we can make sure there will be an overhead projector available for your session. |
