My clinical interests revolve around the diagnosis and treatment of prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular malignancies. These involve seeing patients in the clinic as primary referrals as well as in second opinion from referring urologists.

 

The full gamut of urologic oncologic procedures are offered including:

  1. robotic nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy

  2. Robotic Laparoscopic Radical Cystectomy

  3. prostate brachytherapy (“seeds”)

  4. prostate cryotherapy ("freezing")

  5. continent and orthotopic urinary diversions following cystectomy

  6. laparoscopic nephrectomy

 

 

Patients requiring a multidisciplinary approach to their neoplasms or patients with unusual or difficult problems are presented at our weekly multidisciplinary tumor board conference.

 

I have a particular interest in the management of clinically localized prostate cancer and genitourinary reconstruction following radical cystectomy. We have published a number of manuscripts in these areas.
